I chose the Executive Program in Operations and Supply Chain Management at IIM Indore because I was at a point in my career where I wanted to strengthen my strategic understanding of SCM, go beyond practical exposure, and align with global best practices. IIM’s academic rigor and industry-relevant curriculum made it the right choice.

Since starting the course, I’ve gained a far deeper understanding of lean systems, analytics-driven decision-making, and end-to-end supply chain optimization. This has not only boosted my confidence but also enabled me to contribute more effectively at a strategic level within my organization.

Career-wise, the impact has been tangible—I’ve started getting involved in cross-functional projects, been trusted with higher responsibilities, and positioned myself for future leadership roles in SCM.

I highly recommend this course to working professionals who want to break out of operational silos and develop a strategic lens toward operations and supply chain. The program bridges academic excellence with real-world applications, making it a game-changer for your career growth.
